• Fill out THE ENTIRE APPLICATION. Please do not skip over sections or individual questions. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. If a question or section does not apply, please mark it with an N/A.

• Honesty is the best policy
• The application process can take 2 to 4 weeks to complete and applicants my not begin residency at Colorado House until the apllication process is complete.
