Housing Facilities

The housing facilities at the Colorado House and Resource Center are comprised of 30 individual apartment units that have been renovated to provide a clean, comfortable home environment for each resident.  There are a total of 30 units at the facility.  Two of the units are completely handicapped accessible and meet the Americans with Disability Act standards.  There are Four larger, multi-room “kitchenette” units to accommodate larger families, and 24 studio units to accommodate single parent families or individuals.  Standard rooms include a small refrigerator and microwave, and “kitchenettes” are equipped with an efficient, mini-kitchen and extended bathroom.
